This purchase covers one automated, preliminary estimate review and its saved report and originals in your private account. It does not create a subscription or provide Plus membership. Complete the form after payment; your unused purchase remains available if you leave or a save fails. One purchase covers one submitted report. A new estimate requires a separate purchase or current Plus access.

What the review includes

The report organizes your entered details and supported labeled TXT text, identifies missing information and scope questions, and provides questions for a qualified contractor. Uploaded PDFs and photos are retained as evidence without automatic interpretation in this offer. Enter their key details yourself. Review the free fictional sample before buying.

What it cannot establish

No human expert review, site visit, equipment diagnosis, measurement verification, code or permit verification, fair-price appraisal, guaranteed savings, emergency monitoring or response deadline is included. Missing information does not prove a contractor is wrong. For immediate hazards, move to safety and contact emergency services or your utility.

Problems, refunds and corrections

If the service fails to produce your report, do not buy another review. Retry your existing purchase or contact us through the contact details on our service-information page. We will review failed delivery, duplicate charges and billing errors for correction or refund. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. After successful report delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where required by law. No automated refund is issued merely by leaving checkout.

Your information

Your signed-in account controls access to the saved report and evidence. Avoid sensitive personal information in uploads. Unsaved entries remain in the open form until submitted and can be lost if you close or reload it. Data handling and contact information →
