What you are buying

Free costs $0. Home costs $9.99 USD per month. Plus costs $19.99 USD per month. Your selected plan provides the features and account limits listed on the membership page. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.

TrustPoint is a digital decision-support service, not an inspection, emergency service, warranty, or guarantee of savings. Review the service information and limitations before subscribing. Where enabled, supported documents can be read automatically to prepare preliminary findings. Check extracted details against the original. Document reading does not guarantee accuracy or include an on-site or live human review.

Payment and automatic renewal

Payment is due when you subscribe. Paid membership begins after successful payment verification and automatically renews each month at the selected monthly price until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Stripe securely processes payments; do not send payment-card details to TrustPoint by email.

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel renewal online from Membership using “Cancel renewal” or billing management. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your paid access continues until then. After that, your account returns to Free. Cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment.

Refund policy

Membership payments are non-refundable, including after accessing guidance or reviews. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time or unused features. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Refunds required by law and corrections for duplicate or erroneous billing are exceptions.

If there is a billing error or you cannot access the service you purchased, contact admin@trustpointmechanical.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. This policy does not waive your statutory rights or card-network dispute rights.
