WHY TRUSTPOINT EXISTS

Built from the other side of the kitchen table

TrustPoint Mechanical grew from decades of experience inside HVAC, plumbing, building operations, and residential service.

Homeowners regularly face an uncomfortable problem: they’re asked to make expensive decisions about systems they may know very little about, often using information provided by the same company offering to perform the work.

Getting another contractor’s opinion can absolutely be valuable. But it’s important to understand the difference.

A second contractor is still a contractor. They may invest time, expertise, advertising dollars, and the cost of sending a technician to your home. Naturally, they may also hope to earn your business.

TrustPoint doesn’t.

  • We don’t sell equipment.
  • We don’t dispatch technicians.
  • We don’t perform the repair.

We don’t earn more if you replace instead of repair, choose one contractor over another, or spend more money.

That gives TrustPoint a different role.

We’re not here to tell you your contractor is wrong. We’re here to help you understand what was found, what the available evidence supports, what’s still uncertain, what questions are worth asking, and what you’re actually being asked to approve.

Sometimes the original recommendation may make perfect sense. Sometimes another estimate may help. Sometimes more information is needed before anyone can know.

TrustPoint is the second set of eyes that doesn’t need to win the job.

Clear about the limits

The current review is rules-based preliminary guidance, not a site visit or individual expert consultation. No live human review of every automated result is included. Read exactly how it works and where it stops.
